Music, dancing, ethnic foods and an educational tour of the World is provided at the Kansas City Kansas Community College Technical Education Center Multi-Purpose Room on 6565 State Avenue, Saturday, April 15th from 11-5:30 p.m. and Sunday April 16th from 12-5 p.m. It will be a great family event with more than 50 organizations, and ethnicities connected with Wyandotte County represented at the festival.
The festival is open to the public with free admission, parking, and cash-only ethnic foods. The Children’s Creative Area will be located in a room behind the Multipurpose Room. Come and learn about the rich history and traditions of the Delaware and Wyandot Tribes, the Quindaro Underground Railroad, the Hispanic Community, the Strawberry Hill European culture, and many other ethnicities and cultural communities in our incredibly diverse county.
