This play is by Oscar Wilde and has been adapted for the stage by Nicki Bloom.

For the first time ever, Carlsen Center Arts Education puts an intimate story on Yardley Hall stage and limits the experience to 250 individuals per show. With so many shows focused solely on curriculum ties to math and science, the message of The Young King brings a human tenderness to our stage in a story about privilege, compassion and making ethical choices. The achingly beautiful and endearing language of Oscar Wilde joins the world of Slingsby Theatre from Australia.

Large school groups receive priority seating. General public seating is on a first-come/first-seated basis in sections to be determined. An usher will escort you to your seating area.
