I know, I know, it isn’t October yet, but this year I have vowed to get on top of this Halloween stuff ahead of time. I know how busy things get in the fall: school parties, fall conferences, visiting pumpkin patches and more. So, this time I’m not going to be caught off guard – and you won’t either!
I am making simple but darling treat bags for Halloween. (Really, you could use them for anything, just switch up the label! Once you know how easy these are to make you’ll want to make them for everything...I already do!)
I’ve included a step-by-step tutorial, with the printable, so go ahead and print that first. You’ll see a polka-dotted piece of paper (I’ve found regular stock works better than cardstock), instructions on how to fold up the bag, and then some Halloween labels. I used washi tape here to tape the labels on (you can find it at Wal-Mart), but simply gluing with a glue stick works, too. Also, you can print the label page onto label paper and make stickers, too.
Don’t forget to fill the bags with candy for your kids’ friends, cookies for their teachers or even favors for the classroom Halloween party! It is easy enough to make that your kids can even help you!
