Sensory play mats are one of the easiest ways both to get creative and save money using what you already have in your kitchen! These play mats are great for tummy time for a baby and also a lot of fun for a toddler who wants to make a contained mess. Take a look around your kitchen and you will be amazed at all of the fun things you can find! Coffee beans, rice, Jell-O, hard boiled eggs with the shells off, pasta, grapes, peas, the list goes on and on. Toddlers will feel empowered choosing what they want to use and also might sneak in an extra snack!
