This summer, some local pools and waterparks are opening with special policies in place for the safety of our community. Other local facilities have chosen not to open.
This is your guide to pools and waterparks in the KC Metro for Summer 2020.

The following facilities are NOT opening summer 2020:
- Adventure Oasis Waterpark
- Bonner Springs Aquatic Park
- Gardner Aquatic Park
- Jackson County Parks + Rec Beaches
- KC Parks and Rec Pools
- Kill Creek Park Beach
- Lenexa’s Ad Astra and Flat Rock Creek Pools are not opening (Indian Trails Aquatic Center is opening)
- Mission Family Aquatic Center
- Olathe’s Oregon Trail Pool and Frontier Pool are not opening (Black Bob Bay and Mill Creek are opening)
- Overland Park Parks and Rec Pools
- Prairie Village
- Roeland Park Aquatic Center
- Rowdy Ribbits
- Shawnee Pools
- WyCo / KCK Pools & Spraygrounds
