Memorial Park has a special place in Belton’s history, and thanks to overwhelming support in 2010 from local citizens, the park received much-needed renovations and improvements totaling more than $4.5 million! Memorial Park is once again becoming the gathering spot for the community, whether it's for a ball game, a trip to the water park, a walk around the trail, or a family picnic at one of several shelters. Check out our Inclusive Playground, the first of its kind open to the public in the area. It's a place where children of all ages and abilities can play together! Our park improvements also include a new, 300-seat community events building, Memorial Station, which is perfect for any occasion!
