GET LOST….in the fun at the Louisburg Cider Mill.
It starts at our Country Store, where you can watch apples being pressed into cider in our 120 year-old barn, listen to live bluegrass music, and taste some of the famous apple cider and apple cider donuts. You’ll also be able to grab some of your other favorites in our new Lost Trail Soda Shoppe and Cider Mill Boutique! All of these things can be enjoyed during Country Store hours of operation, and there is no fee for admission to the Country Store.
A trip to the Cider Mill in the fall is not complete without a stop at the Family Farm! The Family Farm is where you will try to not get lost in our 10 acre corn maze and spend time searching for the perfect pumpkin in our enormous pumpkin patch! Enjoy a tractor ride around our Family Farm; stop off at Tire Mountain to enjoy some fresh air and slide down Sunflower Hill. Watch the kiddo’s venture out in Little Apple Playland as they climb on our new rock climbing wall and swing from the monkey bars. Accept the challenge to an intense game of adult Jenga. See if you can ring the bell on our 17’ Hi Striker, or maybe you will need to move down to the Mini Hi Striker. Rent a private fire pit and enjoy some s’mores as the children play in our corn crib. All of these things are available with paid admission to the Family Farm. More details available on our website.

At Louisburg Cider Mill, each year we are known for our fall festivities. One of the most popular traditions is choosing an exciting new theme for our annual 10-acre corn maze. Our 2020 corn maze was inspired one little boy’s imagination. We present the Louisburg Cider Mill Family Farm Corn Maze, Beetle Juice.
Our Story:
Years ago our 120-plus-year-old barn was no more than a neglected hay barn in a rural Kansas field. We spent the summer of ’77 restoring the barn and in September we bottled our first jug of Louisburg Cider Mill Apple Cider. Back then, we ran the entire operation out of that barn. As customers would come in and ask for cider, we would hotfoot it back behind the east wall and fill as many jugs as they wanted out of a bulk tank with a spigot. Today, the renovated, classic, old hay barn and its attendant 80 acres is still where we press our apples and has become the hallmark of our business. In the summer of 1978, we bought a neighbor’s barn, reconstructed it next to our original barn, and converted it into a Country Store. We filled it with products to complement our original fresh apple cider. Our products retain their delicious “down home” character and most agree that’s because they’re made with the best of ingredients and old-fashioned pride. We’re sure you will be doing your friends a favor when you give them gifts from the Louisburg Cider Mill. Just be sure to save some for yourself.
