The Overland Park Fire Department has served the Overland Park area for more than a century. Even before Overland Park’s incorporation in 1960, our department served this community and others around it with progressive philosophies on safety and education.

The Overland Park Fire Department also provides fire response and investigation, training, and safety enforcement for the city of Merriam.
