Hello “Blown Away” “KCUR Creative Adventures” and “KSHBs ONE TANK TRIPS” fans! Welcome. I am glad your curiosity has brought you here. We are scheduling private class for up to 6 people for 3 hour blocks. You can start with marbles or beads as your introduction to the world of melting glass. The cost is $75 per 3 hour session per person. All materials and equipment are included and you get to keep what you make. We schedule both weekday and weekend times for your convenience.
The studio is modern, fully outfitted with the latest equipment. We have many years of glass experience in several different genres. We use Bethlahem torches, Arrow Springs kilns and an “over-ambitious” ventilation system that sucks all the air out the studio for your safety. The studio is located in a residential area.
We have taught hundreds of students in the past 9 years and we are looking forward to teaching you.
PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR MINIMUM AGE IS 16 YEARS OLD. THE FLAME IS IN EXCESS OF 2300 DEGREES. IT’S NOT APPROPRIATE FOR YOUNG CHILDREN.
