Rotary Park at Railroad Lake is a treasured and well used park in the Blue Springs community. Throughout the year, it hosts many weddings and the summer concerts in the park series.  Rotary Park is a total of 12 acres and is located in central Blue Springs. The park is home to Vesper Hall.
