This is not an ice cream shop, but rather a Hawaiian shaved ice stand. In addition to fabulous shaved ice, they serve pineapple dole whip and strawberry dole whip (that you can add to your shaved ice treat!).

Raymore announcement: I want to take a second to answer the big question we hear several times a day. “Are you opening a trailer in Raymore this season?” First off let me tell you that your love and concern for Shivers is humbling!
We absolutely love Raymore! We love the people that supported this dream from the beginning and the relationships that we’ve made over the last 6 summers. You guys mean the world to us and we want you to know we’re working hard on the next chapter in the Raymore Shivers story.
To answer your question, we’re sorry but the 400 W. Pine location is on pause this season.
And to answer your next question… It’s because we’ve been blessed exceedingly and abundantly more then we could have ever asked! We’re taking this season to evaluate our current position and work on what the next steps in our little company should look like. Remember, we’re just one family with a dream that has grown every season for the last 6 years. We do believe the best is yet to come, so we’re positioning ourselves for what that may look like.
No, this is not a “good bye” letter or the “end of Shivers” announcement! In fact, We’ve got so many more great ideas we’re working on to strengthen our position in Raymore and the KC Market and just so you know, we’ve been in Raymore all season long doing tons of birthday and grad parties, serving the awesome kids and teachers at our schools, doing catering, corporate and church events. The food service industry has taken several turns in the last few years and were focusing on how we can position ourselves to serve the best products to the most people in our area.
You guys are like family to us and we’re sad we’ll miss our weekly visits at the picnic tables with you and your families on Pine St. this season, but we will more than likely still see each other many times this summer at local events and pop-ups around Raymore.
2023 will look different so keep an eye out for us, but until then, if you need us to serve your event, office party, neighborhood, school or gathering give us a call, we’d love to serve you. If you see us cruising the streets in the neighborhood honk and wave, it always makes us smile:)
