Apricot Icicles
Experiment with new frozen treat recipes all summer long. A quick internet search will give your little cooks hundreds of recipes to consider.
Ingredients:
- 24 ounces canned apricot nectar
- 1 cup skim milk
- 10 small paper cups & 10 wooden sticks Or Plastic popsicle molds
Directions:
Combine apricot nectar and milk; stir well. Pour evenly into cups or molds. (If using cups, cover tops with aluminum foil, and insert a stick through foil into center of each cup.) Freeze until firm. Ready in 2-5 hours.
