My daughter is studying the United States in school this year and one of her projects is to eat and/or make food from each state. So, I'm asking for some tips.... do you know of great KC restaurants that serve authentic regional foods?
Some KC restaurants with authentic regional foods already on our list:
- d'Bronx Pizza (authentic deli and pizzeria) - New York
- Next Door Pizza (Chicago Style) - Illinois
- Dunkin' Donuts - Massachusetts
- Jazz - Louisiana
- Peachtree - Georgia
- Chartroose Caboose - Pennsylvania
And along that line, do you know of any great regional recipes from states you may have visited or places you've lived?
