Materials Needed:
- Tissue paper
- Scissors
- Straws or skewers
- Glue
Step One: Cut a large piece of tissue paper in half. Stack three different sheets of cut paper.
Step Two: Fold the tissue paper in half lengthwise.
Step Three: Make small cuts into the folded paper, stopping about 2 inches from the folded edge.
Step Four: Apply a line of glue along the folded edge. Carefully roll the tissue paper up onto the straw or skewer.
Step Five: Allow the sparkler to fully dry, then fluff the tissue paper and enjoy!
