Well, I am beat. I had great intentions of writing my blog early in the week (and I even had a great topic-the fitness club at my girls' school that I am not in favor of) but of course, time flies by and here it is already Thursday and I haven't written a single word. No worries, I tell myself, I'll do it while my younger is at dance and my older finishes up her homework. As they say, best laid plans...on the way to drive car pool, my tire blew out and I had to hike to school, wait for Ty to show up with his car so I could drive all the kids home, then swing back, follow Ty to get the tire repaired, etc, etc. I was able to use the whole experience as a learning experience. My older, Tori, asked why I wasn't mad about the tire being flat and our plans going awry and I told her that me getting upset wouldn't help the situation or fix the tire and I explained that when something happens to us, we get to choose how we respond and today, I chose not to get angry. Tired, yes, angry, no. Hoping for an uneventful Friday!
