Town Center Crossing, a premier open-air shopping venue of Leawood, Kansas, will host “Make Mom Smile” on Saturday, April 30 from 1 – 3 p.m. in celebration of Mother’s Day. This special event, to take place at the Town Center Crossing fountain, will include food, fun, freebies and a special photo booth.

Make Mom Smile invites guests to a variety of activities, including the InstaFunKC photo booth, make-your-own-frame and handcrafted card stations with Paper Source and kid-friendly crafts with Pottery Barn Kids. Panera Bread will provide complimentary cookie decorating and sell refreshments with proceeds to be donated to Little Warrior Princesses, a non-profit organization that supports families with babies in neonatal intensive care units at Kansas City hospitals. The first 200 attendees will receive swag bags filled with coupons and goodies from Town Center Plaza retailers perfect for mothers and children.
Shoppers can find last-minute Mother’s Day gifts at Town Center Plaza & Crossing’s popular retailers including Macy’s, Banana Republic, Athleta, Charming Charlie, J. Crew, francesca’s, Sephora, Apple Store and Crate & Barrel. Families can also grab a bite at a variety of eateries such as Bravo! Cucina Italiana, Drunken Fish, Let’s Crepe, Houlihan’s, Sullivan’s Steakhouse and Panera Bread.
