Grab a story and a snack to celebrate and appreciate what it means to be an American!

F Is for Flag by Wendy Cheyette Lewison is a simple and colorful story that helps young minds grasp what it means to live in a diverse land where the flag represents the extraordinary ideals we are still working to fully realize. This book explores the origins and meaning of the flag and why we wave it proudly. It touches on the priceless gifts we cherish most: family and freedom. Children will be stimulated by illustrations that complement the book’s message that in the United States of America, we are like one big family — in good times and bad.
MAKE A FLAG SNACK!

- 1 t. vanilla extract

Directions:
- Allow cream cheese to soften at room temperature for one hour.
