9:00 a.m.: Young Rembrandts: Draw a Patterned Cat
Learn to draw a patterned cat with Young Rembrandts, and add your own unique style to this funky feline. Each participant will need paper, a pencil, an eraser, and markers or crayons. Ages 6 and up.
10:30 a.m.: Kansas City Art Institute: Adult Beginning Drawing
Join Kansas City Art Institute, Continuing Education for a drawing class for adults. Each participant will need paper, pencils, and erasers. For adults.
12:00 p.m.: Kansas City Art Institute: Teen Ready-Made Jewelry
Join Kansas City Art Institute, Continuing Education for an art class designed especially for teens. A complete supply list will be posted soon. For teens.
1:30 p.m. : Charlie Mylie: Something for You Book Reading
Join author/illustrator Charlie Mylie as he reads his debut picture book, Something for You. For all ages.
3:00 p.m.: An Afternoon with Amado Espinoza
Discover musician and instrument-maker Amado Espinoza and his unique fusion of Bolivian folk traditions and his personal musical wanderlust. For all ages.
