St. Patrick’s Day fills Kansas City with a festive spirit, from lively parades to delicious Irish fare and special holiday events, offering countless ways to celebrate. As a KC native, I’ve always loved this holiday, and over the years, I’ve enjoyed discovering both long-standing traditions and exciting new ways to join in the fun.
This year feels extra special for me, though, as my husband and I are expecting our first baby boy on St. Patrick’s Day! (That’s got to be good luck, right?) While our celebration may look a little different this time around, I’ve curated this list with love-blending old favorites and fresh finds-so you can make the most of the holiday.
Enjoy the festivities!
