My Favorite Things (as a Mom) about CoCo Key:
- The first time I saw it, it was a little unnerving, until I realized what had happened. Throughout the day, lifeguards are tested for alertness and response as dummies (with an uncanny resemblance to real people) are tossed in the pool discretely to appear as if they are drowning. Supervisors time the response to ensure the lifeguards are attentive and on top of their game. Once I saw the entire process in action, I was thrilled! With four little ones swimming, it gave me peace of mind to know the staff is on the ball. Licensed lifeguards staff CoCo Key Water Resort at all times during normal operating hours. "Safety rules are posted at each pool and attraction. Rusty's First Aid room is located on-site. Nevertheless, parents are encouraged to teach their children about water safety prior to visiting the water resort."
- Co Co Key offers a great variety of attractions for all ages. The youngest children, teens, and adults all have a great time.
- They offer a family changing areas with more privacy.
