Tips for fun at Paradise Park:
- If you visit more than once, it's worth buying a Family Discovery Pass. The Discovery Play center is the place for young children, older children enjoy the other attractions. Choose for the age of your kids. We like to visit frequently with short visits each time (1-2 hours). If you purchase a Family Discovery Pass, you'll be invited to attend special nights throughout the year to enjoy all attractions for free (so if you purchase a pass for only the Discovery Play center, you can try the other attractions on membership nights).
- If visiting once, consider purchasing an Adventure Day Pass unlimited wristband. It includes: Daytime Family-Friendly Hayride & S'mores (Sept 28 through Oct 27), Go Karts, Miniature Golf, Bumper Cars, Rock Climbing Wall, Laser Tag Maze and Foam Factory. Cost: $34.99 per person (plus tax). Note: Adventure Day Pass does not include Game Room attractions.
- Paradise Park does sell food on site (pizza, nachos, sandwiches, etc).
- Watch the Paradise Park Calendar for Discovery Play weekly themes and events like character meet and greets.
- Or sign up for their weekly Discovery Play e-newsletter to receive theme details, event notices, etc. (easy to do at the bottom of their home page here.)
- It's almost impossible to do everything in one day... choose your favorite things each visit.

Designed for children 7 years old and younger, Paradise Park's Discovery Play center is an educational and fun hands-on experience for children.
The Discovery Play center offers many areas of imaginative play. The child-size village with a grocery store, pizzeria, bank, and home is the favorite for my children. They love to pretend that they are choosing groceries for the family and ringing them up for customers. Somehow, every time we play at the Pizzeria the manager (a.k.a. my daughter) informs me that they are out of my favorite pizza but she can happily recommend another. The pretend play opportunities abound and kids love it!
You will also find water play (aprons provided to protect clothes), face painting, a climbing area, giant building block room, art center and more.
Every week new themes are presented in the Discovery Play center, where kids may participate in programs (free with admission) and listen to stories, create art projects, and cook a special treat they eat on site all around the theme! Visit the Paradise Park Calendar for theme details.
The favorite outdoor feature is the children's playground with unique hands-on activities for children. This isn't your ordinary playground! Kids dig for dinosaurs, climb giant webs, and "go fishing" (with magnets) in the pond.
