Adventure awaits at Urban Air Lenexa, and we were ready to take on the challenge!
Our crew included my ex-collegiate track and field jumper husband, my cheerleader little sister, and me—cheering from the sidelines since I’m 9 months pregnant! While I wasn’t jumping myself, I quickly realized that Urban Air makes it easy to join in the fun—even if you’re not the one soaring through the air!
From the moment we walked in, the energy was electric. My husband wasted no time launching himself across the wall-to-wall trampolines, testing his old vertical skills with some impressive jumps, while my sister jumped and tumbled like she was back on the sidelines at a big game.
The Warrior Course and Battle Beam quickly became sibling-in-law rivalry central, with each trying to outdo the other in agility and balance. Meanwhile, I had the perfect view to cheer them on, snap photos, and laugh at their shenanigans—all from the comfort of the cozy seating areas spread throughout the park.
For those looking for an adrenaline rush, the ropes course and Sky Rider coaster take excitement to new heights (literally).
And when it was time for a break, Urban Café had us covered with snacks and drinks, while the massage chairs were a lifesaver for this very pregnant mama!

What I loved most was that Urban Air isn’t just for kids—it’s for families of all ages and activity levels. Whether you’re jumping on trampolines, conquering obstacle courses, or just enjoying the lively atmosphere, there’s something for everyone. I may not have been jumping, but I was just as much a part of the adventure.
