Judgment House Play
“And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment.”[1] Follow the lives of four individuals who one moment were enjoying life and had dreams and plans, good or bad, but the next moment were dead from a sudden heart attack, murder, and justice. [2] Come and see their choices, judgment, and eternal consequences in one of the upcoming Judgment House play this week.
As taken from their website, “Judgment House is a walk-through drama that presents the truth of people's choices versus the consequences of those decisions both in this life and the next.”[3] In the KC metro area, Judgment House is being performed in Shawnee, Kansas and Garden City, Missouri [4]. Both locations start their performances on Wednesday, October 24 at 6 p.m. and show at various times and dates throughout the week. See the footnotes below for the website of each location to get the exact dates and times. The drama lasts approximately one hour as you travel from room to room viewing the different scenes. Make sure that whether you are taking your family, friends, or a group that you make reservations to ensure that you will be able to view the play. Make your reservations today, as space is limited. At the Shawnee location a $3 donation is requested. If you have younger children, a parent may want to accompany the child through the drama as there are some intense scenes dealing with death and Hell.
In the past, I have taken many of my friends and family members to see the play. Each was impacted to consider the choices that they make and the impact those choices have on their eternity. Go, find out what the four character’s judgment will be and how their choices effect their eternity. Even more critical, will you be judged? How are your choices effecting your eternity?
