Nature Walk with the Doc: "How to Live a Low Carb Life"
Join Dr. Dyer at the beautiful Parkville Nature Sanctuary for a nature walk! This 2-mile walk will include some optional opportunities to get your heart rate up, as well as a group meditation. During our walk, we will also discuss "How to Live a Low Carb Life".
Event location: We will meet at the picnic tables next to the parking lot before the walk.
Be sure to bring plenty of water and sturdy shoes. The goal of Nature Walk with a Doc is to make hope and health education accessible to all. We invite you to move your body, learn about functional medicine, and meet new friends while spending time in the great outdoors!
Any PIH member to complete the walk will earn a $15 supplement credit!
