We are excited that Theater in the Park is back for its 8th season! Join us in Memorial Park when Once Upon a Mattress comes to life on stage on Friday, June 25, at 8pm. Once Upon a Mattress is a musical comedy adaptation of the Hans Christian Andersen fairy tale "The Princess and the Pea".
This funny tale unfolds many moons ago in a distant kingdom with the talented cast from In the Light Performing Arts Center in Peculiar. Winnifred the Woebegone is a simple swamp princess looking to win the heart of Prince Dauntless…but can she pass the impossible test that Queen Aggravain has in store for her? Join us to find out!
As always it’s FREE…and appropriate for all ages!
Bring blankets and chairs, but no coolers. There will be concessions.
