Brick or Treat @ LEGOLAND Discovery Center Kansas City. Get ready for a brick-tastic Halloween adventure! The Minifigure Monsters have taken over LEGOLAND Discovery Center with spooky LEGO building challenges, glow-in-the-dark ghost creations, Halloween workshops and The Great Monster Chase 4D movie! All the festive fun is included with regular admission.

Homefest @ Colonial Presbyterian Church (Overland Park campus)
Enjoy a free community block party featuring hayrides, games, lunch, face painting, bounce houses and more!
October 10
Hawktoberfest @ Bluhawk 1:00–4:00 p.m. Celebrate fall at this free, family-friendly festival featuring live music, food trucks, fire performances, inflatables, hayrides, a foam party, face painting, balloon art, magic and more! Kids can also ride over to AdventHealth Sports Park, where the first 400 children receive a trick-or-treat bag and can participate in a Candy Crawl.

Trunk or Treat @ Lakeside Nature Center Drive through the parking lot where you can stop at the various “trunks” for treats, wear your favorite costume, meet an animal ambassador and receive a bag with educational information!

Ghoul’s Night Out @ Westport-Roanoke Community Center
Dress in your best costume for a night of ghoul house chills, costume parade thrills, playful games and sweet treats. Wander through the moonlit graveyard and face the frightful fun inside the ghoul house… if you dare!

Night of the Living Farm @ Deanna Rose Children’s Farmstead
Dress in costume for spooky thrills and not-so- scary chills, including hayrides, carnival games, a flashlight pumpkin walk, a scarecrow maze and more! Tickets are $15 for nonmembers, $14 for Friends of the Farmstead members and free for children 2 and under.

Trunk or Treat @ the Kansas City Automotive Museum
Celebrate the last Cars & Coffee event of the year with a free Trunk or Treat! Participate in a costume contest and see who wins the best- decorated car!
Halloween Happenings & Trunk or Treat @ Merriam Marketplace
Grab your favorite costume and celebrate Halloween with the City of Merriam! Spooky fun includes games, candy and trunk-or-treating with Merriam business owners!

This event brings out the best of touch-a- truck and trunk-or-treat. Kids will have a blast watching pumpkins get smashed by construction equipment and checking out monstrous trucks up close while collecting treats.
Trunk or Treat @ North Kansas City Parks & Recreation Center
Kids will have a spooktacular time as they enjoy trick-or-treating from trunk to trunk, a pumpkin patch and more! Costumes are encouraged!
Science City Spookfest @ Science City, Union Station Enjoy a spooktacular day of Halloween fun featuring hands-on experiments, creepy creatures, candy catapults, spooky science demonstrations, a spectacular pumpkin drop, costume contests and more! All activities included with admission and FREE for members. 10 a.m.–5 p.m.
Trick-or-Treat OFF the Street @ Mahaffie Stagecoach Stop & Farm
Enjoy a safe, covered Halloween celebration with fall living history, hayrack rides, games,
crafts and candy stations. Admission is $3 in advance or $4 at the gate for ages 3+.
Trunk-or-Treat! @ Sportsfield Park (Leavenworth)

Historical Hauntings @ Shawnee Town 1929 Enjoy a spooktacular evening featuring hayrides, trick-or-treating, a costume contest, bounce house, DJ dance party and lantern-lit farmhouse tours! Activities are free, with a $1 donation collected at the gate.
Community Trunk or Treat @ Cargo Largo, Independence Join Cargo for Kids for a FREE community trunk-or-treat featuring decorated trunks, candy, a balloon artist, bounce house, yard games, cotton candy and visits from a firetruck and police car! The Independence Police Department will also offer a Child I.D. Program. Festivities run from 4:30–6:30 p.m.
Kangaween @ Kanga’s Indoor Playcenter & Cafe
