Kids Say Funny Things

My girls keep me in stitches with some of the things that come out of their mouths. There are definitely times I have to bite my cheek or walk out of the room to keep from laughing at them. Here a just a few of their recent remarks:

Me: (noticing that some of Ally’s bangs were shorter than the others) “Ally, did you cut your hair?”

Ally: “Not today.”

Ally: (to my dad with a sense of urgency in her voice) “Grandpa, I just noticed. You are bald on the top of your head. Did you know that??”

Tori: (to my dad) “Grandpa, do you want to be buried or be ashes?”

Grandpa: “Is that some kind of game?”

We had recently been to a funeral where the deceased had been cremated which had brought about many questions from Tori.
