Come learn and challenge others to the strategic game of chess! All ages and all abilities welcome. Instructional help is available for beginners.
This club takes place on Thursdays from 2:00 pm-4:30 pm (except holidays), plus one Saturday a month (from 9:00 a.m. – noon)
Club Membership is required. $15/year for Independence residents, $30/year for non-residents. $1 drop-in fee.

King Arthur and the Magic Sword

Out of This World: Music and Stories from Space
Sing, dance, and learn about astronomy along the way. Join local kid rocker Dino O’Dell and special guest Kadesh Flow, a rapper and trombonist, for a fun, interactive show for kids of all ages.
