Enjoy the Fourth of July a little more with this simple craft that allows little hands to practice several fine motor skills!
Supplies:
- Watercolors (We picked red and blue to keep on theme of the Fourth of July.)
- Paintbrush
- Small bowl of water for paint
- White glue in a bottle
- Salt
- Bowl for salt or extra paper
- White card stock (We tried on regular paper, but this design was too heavy.)
- Optional pencil (if you want to draw a design first)

Directions:
- Draw design with pencil onto card stock.
- Track with glue.
- Pour salt onto glue.
- Dump extra salt off card stock.
- Allow to dry—we let dry overnight.
- Once dry, paint your fireworks with your watercolors
- Allow to dry and hang to enjoy this fun and festive craft!
