Legoland Discovery Center Kansas City offers a fun, highly interactive and educational 2-to 3-hour indoor experience. Based on the ever-popular Lego® brick, Legoland Discovery Center provides a range of interactive play areas.

Rides and Play- 

Kingdom Quest- Hop aboard your chariot on the Kingdom Quest ride to rescue the captured Princess! Watch out for beastly trolls and sneaky skeletons lurking around every corner. Can you zap them all to save the day?

Merlin’s Apprentice- Pedal the enchanted cart in Merlin’s magical potions chamber to become his next wizarding apprentice. Go faster and faster to conjure the sorcerer’s spell and soar into the sky. Whoa-ho-ho how high can you go?!

4D Cinema– Join your favorite LEGO characters on action-packed adventures in our 4D Cinema! Watch out for supercharged wind, rain and snow effects as they burst off the big screen and bring the movies to life! (…hot dogs not included!) Movies play on rotation every 30 minutes and last about 15 minutes each, so you can choose one or catch them all!

Virtual Reality Experience- Buckle up and go for a ride on The Great LEGO® Race Virtual Reality Experience! Steer clear of flying objects, soar high in the air and fly into lava caves on the most incredible, exhilarating and fun LEGO race ever created!

LEGO® NINJAGO® Training Camp- Test your ninja skills in the laser maze, challenge your lightning-fast ninja reflexes with challenges, and more in this action-packed play-zone! 

DUPLO® Village- Budding builders can let their imaginations loose in our animal-themed DUPLO® Village! Build a colorful flower for the garden or wiggle and slide around the cottage. Which animals will you spot?

Build and Inspire – 

MINILAND®- Explore and interact with the City of Fountains at our spectacular miniature LEGO® replica of the city’s most loved landmarks built from over 1.5 million LEGO® bricks! Our mischievous Minifigures love hiding in MINILAND! Who will you spot?

Build & Test- Build a super speedy vehicle and race against your friends on the test track at our Build & Test zone. Will your car zoom across the finish line first? Ready. Set. GO!

LEGO® FREINDS- Bring the LEGO® Friends story to life with Andrea, Mia, Olivia, Stephanie and Emma as you add your own creations to the colorful Heartlake city. Whether you love music, science, sports, nature or art, you’ll be inspired by each of the fab five’s unique personalities in this interactive build area.

Art Gallery– Build an artistic masterpiece on the LEGO Art Gallery Wall! Grab a flat brick plate and fill it up with colorful one-by-one brick however you choose! Then, display your masterpiece on the Art Gallery Wall among dozens of unique creations!

Train Station Adventure- Families can use their imaginations to build their own LEGO® trains together and then test it on the tracks through the city to the countryside- all on a 15-foot-long LEGO® build table!

Earthquake Tables- Ever tried to build the tallest tower imaginable from LEGO bricks? YES! Have you tested the strength of your tower when an earthquake suddenly rattles the earth? NO! Test your building skills today at the earthquake table!
