Parkville Days

One of downtown Parkville’s largest events, Parkville Days features a variety of family-friendly entertainment, including:

  • Live music on the McKeon Stage in English Landing Park and in Pocket Park on Main Street

  • The Evans Midland Empire Carnival is open all weekend, starting Friday at 6 pm

  • The annual Parkville Days parade on Saturday morning, starting at 10 am. We’d love you to join us in the parade! Please complete the Parkville Days parade application by August 12th.

  • Browse and enjoy arts & crafts, retail, food, and specialty booths

  • Family Sports Fest on Saturday with the Platte County Sports Commission, featuring Autographs with Mascots (Sluggerrr, KC Wolf, and Blue), and Contests, Prizes, Raffles, and Giveaways!

  • Helicopter Rides soaring above the Missouri River and Parkville

  • Participating downtown shops will host promotions, sales and specials…. and much more!

Jazz in the Roses

Jumperoo is a special time where the park is open only for children 7 & under! We open the park early just for the little ones and their parents to jump, play, and crawl around safely. We offer this event twice weekly at both of our KC Urban Air locations!

Nieman Fall Festival

Our Annual Nieman Fall Festival is the perfect event to celebrate the changing seasons. Hosted exclusively at our Shawnee store, you’ll find our store filled with fall inventory, including mums, pumpkins, corn stalks, ceramic jack-o’-lanterns, and more. Our Nieman Fall Fest features a weekend of live music, food trucks, a petting zoo, free mini-pumpkins, various free kids’ activities, in-store specials, and more.
