Drive Thru Blessing of the Backpacks...and More!!
School starts up soon...whether you are a student, teacher, or work in another capacity in education, your backpack deserves a special blessing for the year to come!! Bring your backpacks (computer bags, etc.) to church on Sunday, August 9, from 11:30-12:30 to receive a special blessing from Pastor Ali. But wait. There’s more!! This is an event for everyone!! There will be a Prayer Station, and a place to receive Holy Communion as well during the drive-through. This will be a fun way to see everyone, even if we have to socially distance ourselves. Just drive thru our church parking lot: 10211 Nall Avenue, Overland Park (103rd and Nall).
