Friends of the Zoo (FOTZ) members, beat the heat and join us an hour early at 8:30 am every Saturday and Sunday in July! Many of the animals on the topside of the Zoo will be available for viewing, plus Beastro Cafe, Kansas City Zoo Railroad, and Endangered Species Carousel will also open at 8:30 am. The Africa section of the Zoo including the African Tram, African Sky Safari, and Kenyan Cruise, will open regularly at 9:30 am, weather permitting.
