Andy's Frozen Custard
Grand opening of Andy's Frozen Custard in Independence
Andy’s Frozen Custard, the award-winning frozen custard and treat shop known for its Made Fresh Hourly™ frozen custard and Baked Fresh Daily toppings, will celebrate the opening of its 10th Kansas City location at 4029 S. Noland Road with a “Golden Scoop” ceremony and ribbon cutting, followed by a sweet community celebration.
Guests can look forward to a festive occasion, complete with music, games, prizes, Mac the Mavericks mascot, an Andy’s-sponsored Brian Brown Racing sprint car and of course, lots of creamy and delicious frozen custard treats.
Treat lovers can enjoy FREE one-topping kids’ sundaes (ages 12 and under) from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at every Andy’s location in Kansas City, with the exception of the Independence store, which will open at 11:30 a.m. following the ceremony. A brand new, mammoth treat will also debut exclusively in the area. Designed to be shared, “The 1986” will feature 20 scoops of fresh frozen custard, 10 fresh-baked toppings and 10 spoons.
