Join us for another season of Shawnee’s hottest FREE concert series – Jammin' on the Green!
Our season kicks off with the phenomenal Vine Street Rumble Jazz Orchestra on Wednesday, May 24 at 6:30 pm! Under the direction of Kent Rausch, this 14-piece band will perform the same outrageously exciting music that made Kansas City THE place to be in the 20’s through 40’s. Admission is free, and bottled water and snacks are provided. Leashed and well-behaved dogs are allowed. Guests are encouraged to bring their own chairs, and limited bench and picnic table seating is available. Be sure to park and enter by the Visitor Center at 11501 W 57th Street, Shawnee, KS 66203. Please note: May and September performances start at 6:30pm.
