Come hear marches, swing, and pop music as the 86th year of The Overland Park Civic Band, under the direction of Conductor/Music Director Andrew Yates, gets underway by presenting their 2024 Summer Concert Series.
The band will perform Sundays June 2nd thru July 7th, 7PM at The Indian Creek Recreation Center 10308 Marty Street in Overland Park. This concert will feature American marches, patriotic tunes and moving melodies.
Mr. Yates will be conducting several band classics and fun arrangements the audience will surely enjoy.
He is joined on the concert by Associate Conductor Jerry Gipson. Admission is free and open to the public. Bring your family and lawn chairs!
