Happy Birthday, Tori!

It’s my Tori’s 11th birthday. Please, someone tell me, how in the world did my baby get to age 11 so quickly? I can’t fathom how it happened! I close my eyes and I see that teeny-tiny baby with dark hair and bright eyes just taking in everything and everyone and when I open my eyes, poof!, I see a young lady who is maturing and growing into such a lovely person. I know, I know, I too paid little attention to all those people who told me “the years go by so quickly” and thought to myself, “maybe for you they went quickly, but I know they will drag by for me.” Well, I’m here to tell you I was wrong! The years have gone by so fast! And while I miss my little companion, I am enjoying the young lady she is becoming and I will take the time to enjoy these days, because experience has taught me that this time will too be gone before I know it. So Happy Birthday, Tori!!! I love you!!
